Houston Duncan is a Vice President at Lantern, responsible for the oversight of existing investments as well as diligence, underwriting and transaction structuring of new investment opportunities from a financial, strategic and operational perspective. Mr. Duncan also supports Lantern in its advisory role in debt restructurings, recapitalizations, operations and corporate management. He has significant experience in asset valuation, underwriting, due diligence and fund-level economics.
Prior to joining Lantern, Mr. Duncan was an investment banking analyst in Rothschild Inc.’s Restructuring Advisory Group in New York, where he was engaged in several debt advisory and restructuring transactions across a broad range of industries including real estate, chemicals, refining, trucking, logistics, paper and packaging.
Mr. Duncan received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance, cum laude, from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
